‘On the Job Training’s’ mission is to create elite level industry professionals, by offering educational support resources designed to aid all learning styles, the most hands-on experience and smallest trainer to student ratio in the industry. Our crane fleet of 8 includes 2 towers and a selection of mobile cranes, forklifts, EWPs and more.

We need high risk work and civil construction workers – no training experience required

That’s why we are launching the ‘Train the Trainer’ program. We’re looking for high risk (and civil) professionals looking for a change, who want to make a difference and give something back to the industry that’s served them and their careers. We’re looking for passionate individuals that want to pass on their knowledge and experience to the next generation.

Train with us while getting paid

You’ll train ‘on the job’ with our industry leading trainers, so you’ll learn from the best and be employed while doing it. The program is designed by us and accredited by a partner RTO that provides TAE qualifications.

Secure permanent employment with us

Upon course completion, successful candidates will have the option to gain permanent employment with us. We’ll help build your confidence as an educator every step of the way…if you’ve ever managed work groups we believe that this is an ideal opportunity for you.
