Matt and Jake are superior, instructors with a good sense, of humour. Small classes enable extra tuition, and a friendly personal touch. I was a problem student, both spent time enabling me to progress in my skills. Would recommend anyone considering crane, rigging or construction training to not go past. On the job training.

Matt & Paul are unreal. They really cared about me not only passing but walking out of the course confident to tackle the job real world. They put in lots of extra time in the areas that were my weakness’s to make sure they became my strengths.

I traveled from Melbourne to do all my crane tickets with Matt and the boys from On the Job Training. Matt organised a flexible schedule where I could get my C0 Mobile, Tower Crane and Self Erecting crane all in a short time made up of day and night classes. It was a massive week but thanks to the support from Matt, Jamie and Simon, I managed to get it all done. Cant speak highly enough of the trainers there, made me feel very welcome, were very patient and took the time to make sure everyone in the class left with the skills needed to have confidence of doing the work.
