In order for us to submit the participants’ details to Workplace Health and Safety Queensland to plan assessments, we are required to provide them with additional student details as part of the notification process. All fields marked with an asterisk* are mandatory.
You’ll also be asked to pay a $100 deposit in order to process the booking on your chosen course/s once you’ve submitted the booking form. It is transferable, but non-refundable and comes off the final cost of the course/s.
