RTO Admin assistant
Our growing registered training organisation (RTO) would fall apart at the seams without the hard work and grit that goes on behind the scenes!
The backbone of our organisation, from enrolment to certification and beyond is our admin team. They are organised, patient and approachable. They look after the students and trainers to ensure that our mission for quality learning and outcomes is achieved. They contribute as much if not more to our 5 star reputation as the trainers themselves as often reflected in our reviews.
I hope this helps you to understand our level of expectation for joining the team and convinces you to want to be a part of it.
We are looking for a part or full time admin staff member to join our team in the near future (start date is flexible). The successful candidate must:
- Be willing to sometimes ‘muck in’ and take on challenges outside their usual job role as a team player, such is the nature of working for a small business
- Possess excellent customer service skills, with both students and clients alike
- Comfortable with operating computers
- Have some experience as an administrator
