• Deliver or support HRWL training (depending on experience)

Part-time Admin assistant
Our RTO would fall apart at the seams without the hard work that goes on behind the scenes!
Our admin team is the backbone of the organisation, helping students and trainers from enrolment through to certification and everything in between. They’re organised, approachable, patient and always willing to muck in when needed.
We’re currently looking for a part-time admin assistant to join the team for around 2 days per week.
The main days we need support are Mondays and Thursdays, however the hours can be school-hours friendly and there is some flexibility to spread the work across an additional day if needed.
The role includes things like:
Answering phones and helping with general enquiries
Processing student enrolments
Scanning and filing assessments
Printing and preparing training resources
Preparing paperwork for upcoming training
General office and admin support
Pitching in where needed, such is the nature of working in a small business!
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised, comfortable using computers, confident speaking with people and has a strong customer service attitude.
Previous admin experience would be helpful, but RTO experience is not essential. If you’re a good fit for our team and believe in the way we look after our students, we can teach you the rest.
