In order for us to submit the participants’ details to Workplace Health and Safety Queensland to plan assessments, we are now required to provide them with additional student particulars as part of the notification process. All fields marked with an asterix* are mandatory.

You’ll also be asked to pay a $100 deposit in order to process the booking on your chosen course/s once you’ve submitted the booking form. It is transferrable but non-refundable and comes off the final cost of the course/s.
